New week Course
Starting Tuesday 23rd September
These yoga classes will incorporate some Pilates and will help to strengthen core muscles, improve flexibility and balance, We will do some simple relaxation techniques breathing exercises and meditation you will find these classes help to build up your strength and stamina over time.
